RETURNS
We’re confident you’ll love what we’ve created but if for any reason you don’t, please let us know. Send an email to support@becausehealth.com and we’ll help you however we can. You must inform us that you want to return your goods within 14 days of receiving your product. For full terms and conditions, have a look at our Returns Policy below.

RETURNS POLICY
The supply of our product(s) to you is made on the basis of the terms and conditions that you agreed to when you ordered them. However, if you’re not happy with your products for any reason, please email us at support@becausehealth.com so we can sort this out for you. Please include your order number and order date in the email.

You have 14 days to cancel and then return this item from date of receipt of any items which you want to return. Any cancellation and return made after this date will not be eligible for a refund. The item must be unopened, unused and in its original saleable condition without damage, unless the product is faulty or not as described. The card used to make the original purchase will be instructed by us to have it credited with the refund amount as soon as possible and within 14 days after we have received your return in accordance with this returns policy.
